Of course being Sunday one must not forget Sunday lunch and the Auberge de La Tete au Loup is an excellent restaurant and only a couple of minutes away.
Although it is possible to eat at the course and the first race is at 1.30, it is noticeable how the crowd swelsl later in the afternoon once everyone has taken a leisurely lunch.
